Refunds
We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to accommodate our members to the best of our ability. Our refund policy for membership is as follows:
Cancellation within Trial Period: If you choose to cancel your membership within the first 7 days of joining, you will be eligible for a full refund of any membership fees paid.
Cancellation After Seven Days: After seven days, membership fees are non-refundable.
Medical Circumstances: In the event of a medical condition or injury that prevents you from utilizing our services, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. A doctor’s note or medical documentation may be required to process such requests.
Membership Upgrades or Downgrades: If you upgrade or downgrade your membership, any difference in fees will be adjusted accordingly. Refunds for downgrades will typically not be issued unless under exceptional circumstances.
Refunds for Services Not Rendered: In the rare event that our facilities are temporarily unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances such as maintenance or renovations, we may issue refunds or extensions for the period during which services were not available.
Processing Time: Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed and reflected in your account. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment whenever possible.

Indemnity
Each member assumes his/her own risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, property damage, or even death.
Release of Liability: Shogun Martial Arts Academy, its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives, will not be held liable for any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses, including attorney fees, arising out of a member’s use of the gym facilities or participation in any fitness programs or activities.
Failure to abide by all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by Shogun Martial Arts Academy and its staff regarding the use of equipment, facilities, and participation in activities may result in the expulsion from the facility without refund.
It is responsibility of each member to consult with a physician or other healthcare provider before starting any fitness program, especially if in the case of any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns. Any such conditions must be communicated to Shogun Martial Arts Academy.
This Terms & Conditions is subject to change at the discretion of Shogun Martial Arts Academy. Any updates or modifications to the policy will be communicated to our members in a timely manner.
